It's a manageable size to look after, and you still have your own front door and the freedom to live as you like.

The table-service restaurant serves freshly cooked meals every day, which is handy when you don't feel like cooking. When family come to stay, they can book the guest suite for a fee. Residents also have landscaped gardens and a laundry room. The building and grounds are maintained for you, so you don't have to worry about upkeep.
